Since establishment in 2016, Xixi International Ltd has helped many landlords manage their properties, many of whom are based overseas. Clients come to us through word of mouth, thanks to our professionalism, knowledge, experience and an earnest commitment to help landlords and tenants alike.

 

We provide a wide spectrum of services that suit all kinds of different landlord needs. We have helped landlords who were buying their first rental property, as well as seasoned, portfolio landlords. We have also helped a lot of overseas landlords too. The properties that we manage range from individual rooms in shared flats to multi-million pound houses. Not only does Xixi has a great reputation among landlords, tenants like us too. Many tenants check with us first and prefer to stay with us when they need to move into different types of properties or locations. Quite a few tenants  have come back to us even after having left for a few years.  

 

What makes Xixi a boutique letting agency is the ‘peer landlord’ approach that we take. Unlike some estate agents that tend to rely on standard email templates to communicate with landlords and tenants, we have a more personal touch. We prefer face-to-face talks or phone conversations. We source the best value-for-money tradesmen and furniture items for the landlords, and don’t charge any fees. We don’t stop viewings until we are completely happy with the tenant candidates, even if this means we may have to spend twice as much time. We even have three garagefuls of ‘temporary furniture’ that tenants can use for free in emergencies.

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS020266). The Property Redress Scheme is authorised by the Department of Communities and Local Government to offer redress to consumers of Letting and Property Management Agents under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. Xixi also holds membership with Client Money Protect.
