• Serving prescribed information before signing up the tenant – this is the legally requirement documentation that landlords must serve their tenants.

• Arranging inventory checks

• Regular property inspection

• Maintenance and repair management

• Monthly statements for landlords

• Serving notices and legal documents on landlords’ behalf

• Managing of tenancy end processes

• Arranging of Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Certification Report (EiCR), Energy Performance Certificate etc where necessary

• Applying for Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) licences and/or other licences on behalf of landlords where necessary

For overseas landlords we also offer services around the Non-Resident Landlord (NLR) tax affairs.
